We want you to love your purchase.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible:
- • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- • Swimwear must have the original hygiene liner intact
- • Items must be free of perfume, deodorant, or any scents or stains
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. The same conditions as exchanges apply.
- • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the item
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for exchange only. No refunds on sale items.
A Note on Sustainability
Every Via Sol piece is handcrafted by artisans using eco-conscious materials. We encourage you to choose carefully and refer to our Size Guide before ordering. By reducing unnecessary returns, we can continue to support our artisans and minimize our environmental impact together.
